Die Weiterbildungskonferenz ist nicht für Pädagog:innen, Studierende oder Eltern geeignet.
Um spätere Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden, melde dich bitte nur an, wenn du diese Voraussetzungen erfüllst und 100% der Präsenzzeit (10.-13. Juni 2026, 8:30-17:30) anwesend sein kannst. Im Zweifelsfall frage bitte unter office@seminarinstitut.com nach, ob du zur Konferenz zugelassen wirst!

The continuing education conference is not open to teachers, educators, students or parents.
To avoid later inconvenience, please register only if you meet these requirements and can be present 100% of the attendance time (June 10-13, 2026, 8:30-17:30). If in doubt, please check with office@seminarinstitut.com to see if you will be admitted to the conference!
Wer zu spät kommt oder vorzeitig geht, verpasst wichtige Informationen, die man braucht, um den SOS Feeding Approach richtig anwenden zu können. Daher akzeptieren die Referent:innen dieser Weiterbildung verspätetes Erscheinen oder vorzeitiges Verlassen der Konferenz nicht. Teilnehmer:innen, die zu spät kommen oder zu früh abreisen, erhalten keine Teilnahmebestätigung.
Stelle vor der Buchung sicher, dass du an allen Tagen durchgehend anwesend sein kannst. Plane deine An- und Abreise so, dass du die Konferenz an keinem Tag vorzeitig verlassen musst. KEINE AUSNAHMEN.
100% Attendance Requirement
Those who arrive late or leave early miss out on important information needed to properly apply the SOS Feeding Approach.
Therefore, the presenters of this training will not accept late arrivals or early departures. Participants who arrive late or leave early will not receive a certificate of attendance.
Before booking, make sure that you can be present on all days. Plan your arrival and departure so that you do not have to leave the conference early on any day. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Die Anmeldung ist verbindlich. Mit der Anmeldung akzeptiert die Teilnehmer:in die Teilnahme- und Stornobedingungen des SI-SeminarInstituts.

DER GSIÖ
Du brauchst auf keine Bestätigung oder Mitgliedsnummer warten - wir haben deinen Namen erfasst.
Mit der Anmeldung ist die erste Teilzahlung von bis zu 3 Teilzahlungen fällig. Die Bezahlung erfolgt während des online Anmeldevorgangs. Als Zahlungsmethoden stellen wir dir Kreditkarte (Stripe), Abbuchung von deinem Bankkonto (Klarna) und Paypal zur Verfügung.
Getätigte Zahlungen sind nicht refundierbar und verfallen, wenn du deine Anmeldung zurückziehst, außer du kannst eine:n Ersatzteilnehmer:in nennen. Wird die Konferenz von
Veranstalterseite her abgesagt, werden bezahlte Beträge natürlich refundiert.
Der Restbetrag wird in 2 (1) Raten alle 3 Monate eingefordert.

Your registration is binding. With the registration the participant accepts the participation and cancellation conditions of SI-SeminarInstitut.

When registering, choose the price that applies to you as a GSIÖ member or non-member on the date of registration.
If you want to benefit from the discounted price for GSIÖ members, it is possible to become a GSIÖ member quickly before you register for the SOS Feeding conference!!! (GSIÖ membership is not
limited to Austrian occupational therapists! Also non-Austrians and non-OTs can become an "Extraordinary GSIOe Member".)
REGISTER AS A GSIOE MEMBER
You don't need to wait for a confirmation or membership number - we've got your name covered.
Upon registration, the first of 2 or 3 installments is due. The payment is done during the online registration process. As payment methods we provide credit card
(Stripe), direct debit from your bank account (Klarna) and Paypal. Each payment
is non-refundable and will be forfeited if you withdraw your registration, unless you can name a participant who replaces you. In the event that the
conference is canceled by the organizer, payments will of course be refunded.
The remaining balances will be collected in 2 (1) installments every 3 months.
Da wir bei einer Veranstaltung dieser Größe (rund 80-100 Teilnehmer:innen erwartet) und mit diesem Aufwand (Anmietung des Hotels, audiovisuelle Technik, Simultanübersetzung) mit Teilnehmerzahlen
kalkulieren müssen, um zu entscheiden, ob diese Veranstaltung stattfinden kann oder ob wir sie absagen müssen, haben wir klare Stornoregeln festgelegt, die du mit deiner Anmeldung
akzeptierst.
Stornierungen (d.h. Rücktritt vom Kursplatz nach erfolgter gültiger Anmeldung) müssen schriftlich per email an office@seminarinstitut.com erfolgen.
Bei Rücktritt vom Kurs nach einer gültigen Anmeldung behalten wir alle getätigten bzw. fälligen Ratenzahlungen ein.
Die Bearbeitungsgebühr beträgt generell 54 EUR.
Kannst du ein:en Ersatzteilnehmer:in stellten, verrechnen wir nur die Bearbeitungsgebühr von 54 EUR für die Ummeldung.
Wo es geht, bemühen wir uns um eine Kulanzlösung. Dies kann bei kurzfristigen Krankheitsfällen zur Anwendung kommen, sofern wir finanziellen Spielraum haben. Ein Anspruch auf eine Kulanzlösung
besteht jedoch nicht!
Cancellation Policy
For an event of this size (we expect 80-100 participants) and with this amount of work (hotel rental, audio-visual equipment, simultaneous translation) we have to calculate with the number of
participants to decide if this event can take place or if we have to cancel it. Therefore we have set clear cancellation rules which you accept with your registration.
Cancellations (i.e. withdrawal from the course after valid registration) must be made in writing via email to
office@seminarinstitut.com.
If you withdraw from the course after valid registration, we will retain all installment payments made or due.
The handling fee is generally EUR 54.
If you can provide a substitute participant, we will only charge the handling fee of 54 EUR for the re-registration.
Where possible, we will try to find a goodwill solution. For example in the case of short-term illness, provided we have financial leeway. There is, however, no entitlement to a
goodwill solution!

Beschwerden müssen möglichst zeitnah schriftlich per email (auf Deutsch oder Englisch) an office@seminarinstitut.com eingebracht werden. Wir bemühen uns nach besten Kräften, die
Kundenbeschwerde so schnell wie möglich zu bearbeiten und das Problem zu lösen.
Complaints
At SI-SeminarInstitut we view complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve future offerings and resources, and as an opportunity to do the right thing for the
complainant.
Complaints must be made as promptly as possible in writing (German or English) via email to office@seminarinstitut.com. We will use our best efforts to process the customer complaint and resolve
the issue as quickly as possible.
